TEAM CHECK IN BEGINNING WEDNESDAY at 12 NOON AT
THE FLYING J RANCH  12 NOON 
through 1:15 PM.
Please bring names of Coaches for passes,
original birth certificates, online roster and at check-in
designation of uniform number of each
player.  IF THERE ARE

ANY RULE 14 ADD-ON'S THEY MUST MEET USSSA RULES.

USSSA RULES

Managers/Umpire’s meeting
at 1:30 PM on Wednesday July 7th  at
THE FLYING J RANCH. 

Only two representatives from each team will be permitted to attend the Manager's/Umpire meeting, no players please. All teams
will be required to have a representative in attendance. The

official playing schedule for all teams and your teams official
game times will be distributed only at that time.

Opening ceremonies will begin at 5:30 PM JULY 7th  at the
EAGLE CREEK SPORTS Complex. Teams are required to report 
by 4:30 PM.  All teams will participate and should be in full
uniform.
There will be an opening ceremony, pin trading, skills
events and presentations
Tournament play will begin on July 8TH.

THERE WILL BE A PIN EXCHANGE AND TRADING TIME.

There will be a team gift exchange during opening ceremonies. Teams
will be matched up according how many gifts each team brought.
It is recommended that you bring a minimum of 16 gifts per team.

 

Awards to be presented as stipulated by USSSA Baseball World Series
contract and National Director.

 

Hotel Information included is a list of area hotels. 
Each team is responsible for their own reservation.  

 

 Tournament Admission will be $5.00 per person per
day or $15.00 for a 5 day tournament pass. This charge includes
everyone except players and team coaches. CHILDREN 10 years of
age and younger are free. A maximum of 3 player/coach passes will be
issued.  PASSES MAY BE PREPURCHASED AT THE SIGN IN TIME AT
12 NOON AT FLYING J RANCH.

Souvenirs, T-Shirts and programs will be available at the tournament
.

 

 Tentative Itinerary: All times are subject to change,
please verify itinerary when checking in. Once the tournament begins,
managers must check Main bracket board for any CHANGES in game
times, field assignments or other items related to tournament play or
functions

 

Wednesday – July 7 – ALL Team check in and registration at
12:00 PM to 1:15PM at a 
FLYING J RANCH site.

 

Wednesday – July 7 – COACHES MEETING- 1:30 PM at 
FLYING J RANCH site.  Schedules will be given out at that time only.

How to qualify:

    

Teams of ages 9 - 14 qualify to participate in a Global World
Series by earning a berth in a Global World Series Qualifier and
playing in their respective USSSA State Tournament. 

 

Global Sports World Series will now include 7 and 8 year old
age groups.   7 and 8 year old Global World Series are open
to all teams as long as the team is registered with USSSA
and Global Sports and also participates in a USSSA State
Tournament.

 

Teams must be registered with USSSA and registered with
Global Sports to participate in Global Sports World Series
Qualifiers.  Team may register at
www.usssa.com
Global Sports registration is $15 per year and can be
registered at the same time as USSSA Baseball. 
Please check with your USSSA State Director for qualifiers
in your area.

 

How to enter a Global Sports World Series:

 

Teams earning a berth at a Global Sports Qualifier may
participate in any state's Global World Series.  Teams must
enter the Global Sports World Series at
www.usssa.com on
a first come, first served basis.  Teams that qualify will not
be assured a spot at a specific World Series location. 
Qualified teams may enter multiple Global Sports World Series.
Global Sports World Series entry is $695.

 

Global Sports World Series Format:

 

 Open to all Classifications

Elite World Series participating teams are ineligible to play

Ages 7 - 14

Limited to 24 teams per age group

Pool play followed by championship play.

Teams will play an average of 7 games

Champions of the 3 divisions will be crowned
World Series Champion

Teams earn World Series USSSA Points

 

POOL PLAY

 

All teams will play 4 games within pool play.  After pool play
is complete, teams will be seeded 1 - 24 (or number of total
teams) and placed into championship bracket.  Seeding for championship play is based on USSSA pool play/tie
breaker criteria.

 

Pool seeding is based on:
1)  USSSA Classification,
2)  USSSA Points,
3)  Geographical location.

 

The tournament director has the final decision on seeding
teams into pool play.
